The impact of climate change is closely related to inequality between countries, between regions, gender and age. Poor, vulnerable and marginalized groups will experience worse impacts than rich groups and have better economic conditions and access.

This position paper will continue to develop until the Climate Justice Law can be realized in accordance with mutually agreed climate justice values. This position paper is open for support and therefore civil society organizations that support and strengthen this position paper can still increase in number.
